FAQ

To inquire about a custom order please fill out the appropriate order form. If you have inspiration photos please email them to me at laura@laurajoybakery.com. I will email you back with info on my availability, design ideas and price quotes.  Once all the details are decided on I will email you an invoice that has a link for payment. Orders are not fully placed until an invoice has been sent out.

All payments are due one week prior to pick up. The Square invoice that I email to you will have a link to pay online with a credit card. Please contact me if you would like to use a different form of payment.

The earlier you inquire about an order, the more likely I am to have availability. Most of the time two weeks is sufficient but some months fill up quicker than others. Sometimes I can accommodate an order with one week (or less) notice. Fill out an order form and I will let you know! Last minute orders may be subject to an overtime fee.

I am located in Renton, Washington. I am in the Highlands near Apollo Elementary School. The full address for pick up will be on the invoice that I email you once your order is placed.

I do not ship at this time. I can deliver (subject to availability) for a small delivery fee. The fee will depend on the location of the delivery address.
